What type of counselling is right for me?

Everyone is unique, and there are many types of counselling styles to choose from.

With my guidance and support, we will work together to explore what approach best suits you. I offer a free initial telephone consultation to answer any questions.

Your sessions will be tailored to create a safe space to address your presenting issues, for personal growth and well-being.

You might know what style of counselling you want, or are not yet sure.

I practice an Integrative Approach. This means I offer a broad range of counselling styles based on what you feel is right for you. This may change throughout our sessions as you go deeper in your self-exploration.

I always start with a Person Centred Approach. This involves creating a safe and non-judgemental space where a foundation of trust is established. Empathy, unconditional positive regard and a genuine presence are qualities I always uphold to the best of my human ability.

Some of the other approaches I offer include; CBT, Nature therapy, Art therapy, Yoga Therapy, Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Psychosynthesis
